د پکتیا ولایت د خوړو او درملو ریاست له درملیزو تاسیساتو څخه د څارنې ټیمونو پرون یکشنبه د روان ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق کال د محرم د میاشتې په ۸ نیټه د یاد ولایت مرکز دوهمې ناحیې اړوند له ۷ بابه درملتونونو، ۱ باب د درملو عمده پلورنځۍ او د توریدي شرکتونو له ۳ بابه نماینده ګیو څخه د څارنې په ترڅ کې ۳۵ قلمه مختلف ډول تارېخ تېر او بې کیفیته درمل ترلاسه او د لمنځه وړلو په موخه یې د یاد ولایت د خوړو او درملو د ریاست ودانۍ ته انتقال کړل.
