The Director General of Medicines and Health Products Regulation Met with the Officials of the Emirati Ibn Sina Company:

Respected Hafiz Dr. Naeemullah Ayubi, Director General of Medicines and Health Products Regulation, accompanied by the heads of the pharmaceutical departments of the Food and Drug Deputyship, yesterday, Wednesday, dated 10 Rajab 1447 AH, met and held discussions in his office with Respected Al-Haj Mohammad Ayub Mohammadi, the Financial and Administrative Director of the Emirati Ibn Sina Company, along with his accompanying team.

At the beginning of the meeting, the officials of the Emirati Ibn Sina Company shared their proposals, challenges, and problems with the Food and Drug Deputyship regarding the registration of DMFs for their pharmaceutical items, facilitation of the sampling process and quality control of manufactured products, facilitation of the company’s contract manufacturing with other domestic manufacturing factories, as well as other related issues, and requested cooperation in the aforementioned areas.

Subsequently, Respected Dr. Naeemullah Ayubi welcomed the officials of the Emirati Ibn Sina Company, discussed each of their issues in a professional manner, and assured comprehensive cooperation toward resolving the company’s challenges. He further added that the Emirati Ibn Sina Company has held a distinguished and golden position in the production and export of medicines, and requested the company’s officials to pay greater attention to both the quantity and quality of their manufactured products, as bearing the responsibility of the country’s pharmaceutical industry rests on the shoulders of the said company and other domestic manufacturing factories.
